HIGH SEASON 
Monday to Saturday : 10.30 am - 4.30 pm
Sunday : 11.00am - 4.30pm

We estimate the length of a visit to be 1 hr to 1½ hr.
Pre-booking for groups is advised.
Due to the nature of the building wheelchair access is severely limited.

Car Parking
Car Parking is available right outside the Gaol.

School Bookings
(One Teacher/Group Leader admitted free per 10 visitors booked)
Prices include primary and post-primary worksheets and release forms.

Additional Information
• A virtual tour of the Gaol will be on display in our waiting area.
• Afternoon teas, lunch, snacks are available with pre booking.
Night tours available on the last Friday of every month (adults only).
• Private/ Corporate functions are catered for at all times.
• Children’s themed birthday parties.

By Bus
Regular Bus service from Dublin and Wexford/Rosslare.

• Bus 133 (Wicklow Bus) from Dublin (Busáras, Store St)
• Bus 002 (Wexford Bus) from Rosslare Harbour
• Bus 005 (Waterford Bus) from Waterford (Bus Station, Merchants Quay)

By Train
Wicklow Town on Dublin/Rosslare mainline.

By Car
From Dublin: off main Dublin/Wexford road (N11) at Rathnew, two miles from Wicklow town. The Gaol is situated at the southern end of Wicklow town beside the courthouse.
From Wexford/Waterford/Cork: Turn right off N11 at the Beehive (two miles from Wicklow Town).
